I am a rules based person. I needed to clarify these… some overlap with my social media rules.
Self-determination underlies dopamine production. When we don’t have it. We need artificial production.
I have a black box brain a lot of the time, you throw random data in, it gives you a solution when doing something else. Passive problem solving.
